FoodSolution is an entrepreneurial initiative that bases the industrial and research and development aspect on the realization of commercial stabilization systems of food products in various forms from raw materials to ready-to-eat products, applying innovative methodologies deriving from patent elements, which allow to improve the shelf life of their use outside the cold chain without resorting to chemical preservative additives, but proposing the product as it was collected, processed, and processed by the entrepreneur.
The idea is to offer the possibility to food producers of:
1) entering the global market by overcoming the chain of logistics and transport specialized in the cold, making them known to the final consumer or to industrial operators, giving value to their business. In this way the accent is placed on the concept of Glocal, which is a native / local product with its own territorial and cultural specificities that can be used on a global basis, overcoming the distribution logics of large industrial groups and useless passages of a supply chain that retains value by subtracting it from the production source
2) of the developing areas to be able to stabilize the harvested product making it consumable in those places despite the adverse environmental conditions by improving the recovery of the "lost in field" - the application of the method indeed takes place also through self-propelled production unit.
The production plants (hardware) proposed have standard features in the technical functions and are assembled according to the production capacity requirements expressed by the entrepreneur / producer. Instead it is the customization of the stabilization protocol (software) that determines the added value of the product usable over time
In summary, our mission is to give a voice to food as a food by enhancing local cultures
